By scheduling service, you agree to provide safe access to the yard, ensure aggressive pets are secured, and keep gates unlocked or provide access instructions. Payment is due according to your selected billing schedule. Missed visits due to inaccessible yards may be charged. Service may be delayed due to severe weather or unsafe conditions. Pawlished Cleanup's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Recurring customers may pause service with advance notice. Missed appointments caused by inaccessible properties may incur a service fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge whenever reasonably possible.
